This position is both physical and rigorous by nature; you need to have a "sharp eye" for imperfections. We expect the candidate to be proactive, disciplined, and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you must have an obsession with quality and a high level of technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Execute full exterior cleaning (Wet & Dry wash) of private and commercial aircraft.
- Perform deep interior detailing, including leather conditioning and cockpit sanitization.
- Master the polishing of "brightwork" (leading edges) and paint restoration.
- Apply specialized ceramic coatings and paint sealants.
- Ensure strict adherence to FAA safety protocols and hangar regulations.
Must Have
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
- Exceptional attention to detail (The "SmartWash" standard).
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Valid work permit for the United States.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in aviation, yacht, or luxury automotive detailing.
- Proficiency in using rotary and dual-action polishers.
- Active SIDA Badge or airport security clearance.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
